What is Breakaway Classic?
Breakaway Classic is for children 4 years old through 6th grade, where they will enjoy singing, dancing, story time, art, and recreation.
Do you offer water activities at Adventure?
Yes. all kids will rotate through recreation where they will have an option to get wet, so be sure they bring a towel.
Mistake on my registration?
Select the wrong session? Wrong grade? Wrong child? Please email us at breakawayadventure@baysideonline.com and we will make that change for you.
If you enter a new registration you will be charged another registration fee.
When should I arrive?
Arrive 10-15 minutes prior to the start of camp. Children must be signed in each day and cannot be dropped off at the curb.
Where do I pick up my child?
Pick up and drop off will be at your child’s small group location. Children must be signed in AND out each day.
Can I pick up my friend’s kids?
Every parent will receive 4 security cards with their child’s unique security code. As long as you have this card, you may pick up your friend’s child.
Who will be my child’s leader?
You will receive an email the week prior to camp with your child’s leader name, group number, and all other important information.
Can my child with special needs come?
Absolutely! We offer special needs buddies for our camp. Just designate your child’s extra needs on the registration form, and we’ll match your child with a buddy.
Can I volunteer?
Please do! 7th graders through adults are welcome to register through the same link as the campers. Live Scan fingerprinting is required (18 & over) in order to serve in any capacity at camp.

What if I can't make the training?
Contact our registrar at BreakawayAdventure@adventurechurch.org to schedule a make-up training.
If I’ve been Live Scanned for Bayside or another entity, do I need to be Live Scanned again?
If you have already been Live Scanned for Bayside, you are good to go. If you are unsure, email us at breakawayadventure@baysideonline.com and we can check.
If you have been Live Scanned for another entity, that info can’t be shared, so you will need to do it again. All volunteers (18 years and over) need to be Live Scanned.
Please go to Five Star Fingerprinting ( http://www.5starfingerprinting.com/index.html ) with a valid photo ID and $32 fee and tell them you are with Bayside Adventure or it will be offered at our Volunteer Training for FREE.
Why do you charge for Jr High volunteers?
This is a “Leader in Training” volunteer spot – Our Middle School Pastor comes alongside the 7th and 8th graders to disciple and pour into each of the students. It’s a growing year since kids are transitioning from campers to volunteers. We have separate devotions for our 7th and 8th graders. They are given challenges in which they can win a gift card if recognized by another leader. This is not just a volunteer position, we try our best to start our Jr High volunteers off on the best possible foot so that serving can be a success for them.
Do you offer scholarships?
Yes, you may request a scholarship via our scholarship link.
My child can’t come anymore. Can I get a refund?
Registration is non-refundable.
